Available to assist in the day-to-day responsibilities of hosting your rentals on a month to month basis, with two service packages available.

1. Full Service Co-Hosting

Services in this package include:

• informal interior design & decorating
  
• purchasing essentials
  
• creating a house manual
• managing the listing
• coordinating photoshoots and uploading/updating photos
• updating the calendar and pricing
• guest pre-screening, messaging, and coordinating their arrival & departure
• on hand 24/7 assistance during stays addressing issues (lockouts, internet not working, small requests)
• coordinating cleaning, turnover, re-stocking, and general maintenance
• reviewing guests
• communicating with Air BnB for issue resolutions
• acting as an all around virtual assistant

The pricing for this option is 20 percent of the gross revenue collected on the nightly rate.

2. Guest Communications ONLY

This package is for property owners/ hosts who prefer to handle the bulk of the functions & responsibilities involved in hosting, but would prefer to outsource all messaging and over the phone communication with their guests.

The pricing for this option is 10 percent of the gross revenue collected on the nightly rate.
